Hot water extraction
Carpets walk-ready in four to eight hours
Hot water extraction that lifts pet dander, allergens and odors. Walk on it again in four to eight hours.
Chapter 01
What pets and foot traffic leave in the pile
Carpet holds more than it shows. Pet dander, allergens and odors settle down into the pile, and traffic lanes grind soil into the fibers along the hallway and in front of the sofa.
A vacuum handles the top layer. The rest needs hot water and extraction, and that's what Alan's runs.

Hot water extraction, which most people call steam cleaning
Hot water goes into the carpet and comes straight back out with the dirt it loosened. It's the method behind what most people call steam cleaning, and it works because the soil leaves the house with the water rather than sinking back into the backing.
You can see the difference as the wand passes: one clean lane next to the pile that hasn't been touched yet. Pet dander, allergens and odors come out with it.
Chapter 03
Four to eight hours, and a receipt for the HOA
Most carpets are walk-ready in four to eight hours after the visit, so a morning appointment usually means normal use by evening.
If you're moving out of a home with an HOA, Alan's gives you a receipt for the carpet cleaning. Keep it with the rest of your move-out paperwork.
Call or text 949-457-1227 with the rooms, or the square footage if you know it. Alan quotes a flat rate by phone, and scheduling is usually same-week, Monday through Saturday.
