Tell Alan what needs cleaning and get a number back
Most jobs are quoted by phone, usually in under two minutes, with no one coming out first. Call or text with the number of windows or stories, or the surfaces you want washed. If you would rather write it down, the form below goes to Alan directly and gets a reply within two business hours. Visits are usually booked for the same week, Monday through Saturday.
Send the details, get a phone quote
A phone number is needed so Alan can call you back with a price. Tick the box if a text is easier.

Price, timing, insurance and the guarantee
Most Laguna Hills homes run $150 to $400 depending on window count and stories. Smaller homes with 10 to 15 windows typically start around $150 to $175, and larger two-storey homes with 30 or more windows run $350 to $600 and up. Alan gives an exact flat-rate quote by phone.
Not for most services. Call or text 949-457-1227 with the number of windows or stories, or the surfaces you want washed, and Alan quotes a flat rate by phone, usually in a couple of minutes.

Yes. Alan's is California licensed and bonded and carries $2 million in liability insurance on every job. Proof is available on request, and every technician is background-checked and employed by Alan's, not a rotating contractor.
No, and Alan's does not do it. Panels are cleaned with purified water and a soft brush, the method manufacturers recommend, so the glass and seals are not damaged.
Every job carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if something is missed, Alan's comes back and fixes it free.
