On site or pick-up
Blinds cleaned slat by slat, at the window or picked up and returned.
Aluminum, fabric, vinyl, faux wood and real wood blinds, cleaned on site or picked up and returned.
Chapter 01
Which blinds you have decides how they're washed
Alan's cleans Venetian aluminum, horizontal and vertical fabric and vinyl, faux wood and real wood. They are not the same job. Aluminum and vinyl slats shrug off water. Fabric verticals and real wood don't, so those get gentler treatment.
Telling Alan which kind you have is the most useful thing you can do on the call. Each type changes the method, and the method changes the quote, which Alan gives as a flat rate by phone at 949-457-1227.
If you can't tell faux wood from real wood, say how heavy a slat feels or where the blinds hang. Alan can usually work it out from the description.

Ultrasonic or hand wash, depending on the blind
Ultrasonic cleaning shakes dirt loose in a water bath, which reaches the slat edges and cord slots that a cloth skips. It's the thorough option for blinds that can take being submerged.
Hand washing is for the blinds that shouldn't go in a tank. It's slower, and it's gentler on the material. Which one your blinds get depends on what they're made of, and Alan settles it with you on the phone.
Either way the aim is the one a window cleaner already has: nothing left in the corners where it will show again by next month.
Chapter 03
On site, or picked up and returned
Blinds can be cleaned at your home, or picked up and returned, whichever suits the blind and your week.
Taking blinds down and hanging them back up is the part most people put off. Letting the crew handle it takes that off you. They're technicians Alan employs and background-checks, so the person at your window is someone he vouches for.
Scheduling is usually same-week, Monday through Saturday, from Laguna Hills across South Orange County. Say on the call which you'd rather have, on site or pick-up.

Five blind types, one thing worth knowing about each
Venetian aluminum
Thin slats that dent if they're handled roughly.
Horizontal fabric and vinyl
Wide slats with plenty of surface to hold dust.
Vertical fabric and vinyl
Often cover sliding doors and big windows, so they're the blinds everyone sees.
Faux wood
The wood look, built to take moisture better than the real thing.
Real wood
Doesn't like soaking, so it gets handled with care.
Blinds hang at the glass, so they pair naturally with window cleaning and, in the same rooms, upholstery. Text or call 949-457-1227 with the room count and blind type.
