Laguna Hills first, then every town within about 30 miles
Alan Fulco has run the business from Laguna Hills since 1990. The address is 25065 Silverleaf Lane, and from there the work reaches 22 towns and neighbourhoods across South Orange County, from Nellie Gail Ranch out to Yorba Linda. Every one of them has its name set below.
What a window visit runs in Laguna Hills
Most Laguna Hills homes land between $150 and $400, depending on how many windows and how many stories. Small homes with 10 to 15 windows start around $150 to $175. Larger two-storey homes with 30 or more windows run $350 to $600 and up. Alan gives you the flat rate by phone, usually in a couple of minutes, with no visit needed first.
That range is for Laguna Hills. In the other towns the job is quoted the same way: you tell Alan what needs doing, he gives you a number.

Wind, salt, leaves and hard water
Where you live decides what is on the glass. Santa Ana winds in October and November pack dust into window tracks everywhere. Closer to the ocean, and in Laguna Niguel especially, salt mist clouds panes and screens faster than inland. Sprinklers and tap water leave hard-water rings on the lower panes in every town, which is why the windows are finished with purified water.
Mission Viejo has the tree canopy, so eucalyptus, sycamore and oak leaves come down into the gutters before the November to March rains. In Nellie Gail Ranch, Alan knows the HOA standards for how a home should look, and works to them.
Near the edge of the 30-mile line?
If your street is out toward Fullerton or down past San Clemente and you are not sure it is inside the circle, call and ask. Alan responds to every call, replies to messages within two business hours, and books most visits for the same week, Monday through Saturday. The contact page has the hours and the form.
